Bill Winsininski is a recognized leader in the digital infrastructure industry with more than 30 years of experience spanning data centers, power, telecommunications, real estate, finance, and technology. As CEO and Founder of CWC Consultants and Co-Founder of Satori Partners, Bill helps organizations navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of AI, hyperscale, enterprise, and mission-critical infrastructure.
At CWC Consultants, Bill advises clients on site selection, power procurement, fiber connectivity, leasing, market strategy, community engagement, and data center development. Throughout his career, Bill and his teams have been responsible for leasing more than 500 MW of data center capacity and power, building trusted relationships across the industry’s most influential operators, investors, developers, utilities, and technology providers.
As Co-Founder of Satori Partners, an advisory firm focused on connecting capital, power, infrastructure, and opportunity, Bill works with investors, developers, landowners, data center operators, and AI infrastructure providers to accelerate growth through strategic introductions, market intelligence, capital formation, and execution. Satori serves as a catalyst for projects and partnerships that shape the future of digital infrastructure.
Prior to founding CWC, Bill served in executive leadership roles with Imprint Data Center Solutions, 365 Main, ByteGrid Data Centers, and QTS Data Centers. He was also CEO and Co-Founder of Cofluence, a global data center advisory firm. His experience spans the full data center lifecycle—from development and construction through operations, leasing, and commercialization.
Bill began his professional career serving five years in the United States Navy as a Search and Rescue Swimmer during Operation Desert Shield, working directly for the Admiral of the 6th Fleet while deployed throughout the Mediterranean Sea and Persian Gulf. His military service instilled a lifelong commitment to mission-critical operations, leadership, teamwork, and service.
A passionate advocate for the industry, Bill serves as President of AFCOM Chicago, is a proud Infrastructure Mason, and actively supports initiatives focused on workforce development, education, community engagement, and the responsible growth of digital infrastructure. He is also the founder of Escape the Cold Aisle, one of the industry’s premier networking events.
Bill is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and the U.S. Navy Search and Rescue School. He lives in Geneva, Illinois, with his wife Elizabeth and their twins, Cameron and Caroline.
